NAMED FOR A TRUE GEM
Matt's Field honors the legacy of Matt Baumgart, a well-known and loved 1999 graduate of Perham High School who tragically passed away in 2004. What began as a tribute to Matt has grown into a community-focused facility for Perham Baseball and the surrounding community.
Throughout the season, Matt's Field is a second home to Perham Varsity, Junior Varsity, Junior High, Babe Ruth, Legion, and Amateur Baseball teams. It's a place where athletes grow, bonds form, and our community rallies. Matt's Field has served us well.

100% of your donation will be spent directly on upgrading the field, including six high priority areas to transform Matt's Field into a modern baseball facility for many years to come.
In total, we are raising $650,000 to improve the game-day experience for fans and players, draw larger crowds, games, and tournaments, and create a winning atmosphere for Perham Baseball. Construction details are still being finalized but here is our estimated cost breakdown to date illustrating our vision and the direct impact your financial support will make.
GRANDSTAND

The grandstand will be enlarged to add 200 bleacher seats, outdoor seating areas, and expanded safety netting.
CONCESSION STAND

Concessions are a high priority for fans and an important source of revenue for our youth programs.
PRESS BOX

A press box will be added to expand our multimedia production and game reporting capabilities.
RESTROOMS

The current facility lacks restrooms, limiting our ability to host tournaments and draw visitors.
PARK ENTRANCE & PLAZA SEATING
